Mobile App
- Go to your device's app store.
- Search for "BTES Engage" and look for the BTES Engage logo. Follow the instructions to install the app on your mobile device.
- One the app installs, tap the BTES Engage app on your device to open it.
- Click "Don't have an account? Register now."
- Fill out the registration form completely and tap continue.
- On the security check screen, answer the security questions and then tap the register button.
- You will receive a notification telling you that a verification email has been sent.
- Open the email and tap the Verify Account link to continue.
- Set up your password and tap save.
- Return to the login screen on the app and use your email address and password to login.
- During the first log in, you may be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions. Tap the accept button.

Web Portal (desktop computer)
- From www.btes.net, click on Login To Your Account.
- Click on "Don't have an account? Register Now."
- Fill out the registration form completely and tap continue.
- On the security check screen, answer the security questions and then tap the register button.
- You will receive a notification telling you that a verification email has been sent.
- Open the email and tap the Verify Account link to continue.
- Set up your password and tap save.
- You may be asked if you want to try Paperless Billing. To opt-in, click Yes, Go Paperless.
- Finally, you will be asked to set a security phrase. This is set up one time and will show at the top of the payment screen so you know you are on a secure BTES payment site. (Side note - this is not a password.)
