Some BTES customers may have experienced an Internet outage over night. Our Network Engineers identified a DNS related issue on our servers and Internet service was restored at 6am.
If your Internet service did not automatically restore, you may need to reboot your router:
- Unplug the router from its power source
- Wait one minute
- Plug it back in
