Our envelope manufacturer, the number one provider of envelopes in the country, has informed us that they are unable to source the paper they use to produce white envelopes because of supply chain issues. Their latest order has not arrived, and they are uncertain as to when it will arrive. The manufacturer does not have any white paper to produce envelopes.
We want you to be aware that, as a temporary solution, we will be using a brown envelope for all BTES mailed communications until the manufacturer is able to return to our normal white envelopes. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion the temporary switch to brown envelopes may cause.
